Trust The Youniverse! Say "Yes!"

This week, we are still exploring the theme of Trust The Youniverse! Know That You Are Loved! I wanted to explore more of this theme before we move on to our next theme. We are in an incredible time of transition and everyone is feeling it in their own way. During this time of change, we are experiencing the loss of things that no longer bring us joy or even satisfaction. We are experiencing this personally, all of us, and we are experiencing it collectively. When this happens, it can feel like upheaval and chaos because we are moving form the known to the unknown. 

      Even when we are saying good-bye to those energies that no longer serve us, they are what we know and what we have identified with, and this leads to the feelings of loss and upheaval. This is not something to fight against. Loss and upheaval are feelings (thoughts and emotions) that help us to be clearer about what does bring us joy and fulfillment. Right now, in this moment, you are creating your experience. You are learning to be a consistently conscious creator of your own experience. You are a perfect manifestation of Source that is becoming more and more aware of your true reality. 

     You are choosing this time to be alive on this planet...you are choosing to experience life as this "you" that you are now. You are choosing to be alive on this planet, at this time, because it is the best time to be alive on this planet. It is a time of great change and great potential. You (in your truest form...your Godness) knows this and is creating this amazing experience for you. Kudos to you and thank you for agreeing to add your own transformation to the whole. Your Higher Self knows that all is Love - it knows itself as Love. As Thich Nhat Hanh (very wise Vietnamese Buddhist Monk) has said, "We are here to awaken form the illusion of our separateness." Beautiful, eh? 

      You can choose to experience life from fear or from love. Here's a little secret…either way is O.K. really. Really! You are Creative Spark made manifest in human form. You Are "All That Is" pretending to only be a small part of the whole of creation. The real truth is that you are creation and Creator. You are Alpha and Omega, beginning and end. You have, within you, the blueprint for Everything. You are I AM! You are Love...and all is allowed under the Law of Love! You are God! You are God!

      You are God! You may just be in a place and time where you could use a little reminding. In the meantime, until you are experiencing life from your true nature (which includes the true nature of everything around you), you will be making decisions from a smaller vantage point. So, you may make stories that limit you to only a portion of your potential for joy and fulfillment. You may, for a while, only be able to make certain kinds of creation in your life, and some of it may be no fun at all. That's O.K., as well.

      The good news is that we are moving away from that kind of creating (from fear) as we move to creating from more awareness and joy. We are living in the best time to affect that change in awareness in ourselves and thus...the whole. While we are experiencing this change or shift, we can choose to trust in the goodness of the world around us. We can choose to roll with this change and create in a more conscious way. This leads to more joy! 

     So, choose, right this very moment, to create your life more consciously. This may take the form of choosing to learn some form of meditation.  You may choose to practice using affirmations and afformations to change your thoughts and feelings. You may choose to expand your own perceptions of what you think you can do. You may be learning to live from abundance instead of lack. Maybe you are learning what joy is for you.  I believe that when we say "Yes!" to that which is in our heart, the Universe echoes "Yes!" back to us. 

      I invite you to find ways that you can say "Yes!" to what is in your heart, and then allow for that "Yes!" to come back to you. You are all so amazing to me. Be the biggest you can be! Shine the brightest you can shine! Don't worry about being vain or overshadowing anyone else. Remember this: when gratitude is present, vanity can not be present. Say "Yes!" and the Youniverse will move obstacles out of your way and send help so that you can continue to say "Yes!" Thank you for the honor of getting to serve you. You are a joy to me and a bright light in an already amazing journey. Be well and know joy always!

Trust The Youniverse! Know That You Are Loved!

      I wanted to throw some more clarity into the theme of Trust The Youniverse! Know You Are Loved! The idea behind choosing this theme is to use it to get us thinking about our true nature as God (All That Is, The Creative Source, Is, Allah, Yahweh, I AM, etc...). We are God, each of us individually and collectively. It takes energy to contemplate this. It takes courage too. I am God! You are God!

     You and the Universe are one. There is no separation. None! You are not God just when you are being good and kind and wise. You are God...wait for it...Always! All the time! The idea of Grace, of Charis, fits in with this so beautifully. Grace is God's Love freely given and unearned and unable to be taken away. Grace is just another concept that helps us to find our true nature as God. You Are Loved. You Are Love! You are God! Take a moment, right now, to declare this truth…how does that feel?

     I know that the doubts are there in the background or foreground telling you to be careful of thinking of yourself as God. I know because I have them too. They are there as part of the experience of being here on this planet. They are not evil, nor are they there to thwart you on your journey to enlightenment. They are part of the program, part of the experience of the place.

     Think of them, if you will, as part of the matrix of the world. They are yours and mine and ours individually and collectively as well. They are around as part of the rules that govern this part of creation and we agree to them when we take form. Source agreed to them...created them...and we are source manifested in this reality. I am God. You are God.

     These doubts, then, are not foes to vanquish. We also don't want to make them our focus when they appear. What we want to do is let them do what they are there to do. They are there to provide counterpoint, to provide polarity. They give us a pushing-off point from which to launch our dreams and desires. What a gift, eh? Take a moment to feel that sense of them as a gift. Feel them as gift and give thanks for them. 

     So, if you are feeling these doubts floating around when you declare your understanding that you are God (I Am That I Am!), then let them be. Refocus your energy, your attention, on what you do want and "feel it real" (some of you have heard me use that phrase before..."feel it real"...you may, also, have heard me use the phrase "believe it real"...I like them both and use them both on myself). I invite you to add "feel it real" to your collection of tools.

     Remember, the world around you is not beyond your control. You have, within you, the original thought that birthed all of creation. You are God. I am God. What we see around us is not separate form us. It is US! It is our thoughts and feelings projected back to us through our experiences. We change our inner reality and then our outer reality changes. Not the other way around.

 

Let me repeat that in a slightly different manner...

 

     When we change our inner reality…the outer reality reflects that back to us…it changes because it has to change. That outer reality is an extension of our thoughts and feelings (As within, so without.). If I experience chaos in my life, I can change that by choosing harmonic thoughts and feelings. I can choose to trust and experience gratitude. I am the creator of my own experiences AND I can learn (remember) how to consciously create in joy. (Phew…that's good to know…isn't it?)

     My friends, we are living in truly astounding times. I am so grateful to be alive during these times. Being alive during these times means that we get to experience the shift from one paradigm to another. (We, as Creative Source, chose to experience this.) All of the tumult you are experiencing is that shifting from one mindset to another. This is happening on an individual basis and a global basis (the outer reflecting the inner yet again). It is happening NOW.

     What is so brilliant and beautiful about all of this is that we are being given an unprecedented opportunity to have what has usually been an internal, subtle process reflected back to us big and bold in Technicolor. Amazing! This better vantage provides the potential for us to see ourselves more clearly. All sorts of insights are available that were not available before, and they are coming at an accelerated pace.

     It is all very exciting when we roll with it…when we fight it, we feel struggle and pain. Right now, parts of the world are experiencing the shifting as pain and tumult and chaos and despair. There are wars and financial crises all over the news and in conversations all around us. Everywhere we turn, it seems, gives a message of doom and gloom. There are people all over the world worried about their safety and well-being. We may see this and think that we have to participate in the worry, in the fear….we may feel anger or hatred rise up as well. 

     That is the habitual thought process we may have normally participated in before (or now, eh?) We may forget ourselves and buy into the collective despair. All of the evidence around us would seem to point to a truth that says, "hang on to your hats, folks, this is going to be a doozy of a ride…oh, and by the way, hang onto whatever else you may have because you may not be able to get any more for a very long time." This mindset is actually opposite of what will keep you safe.

     Just when you are feeling like "hording" and "not sharing" is precisely when you should be generous and giving. This is the time to listen a little longer to that small still voice (deep in the core of you) that lets you know that everything really is going to be alright. It says, "Trust The Youniverse! Know That You Are Loved!" It brings moments, into your life, which seem to tell a different story than what you see on the news…miracles happen and life is beautiful. That voice says, "I Am God…You Are God!" 

     I invite you to take some time to contemplate the thoughts and feelings that may have come to you while reading this email. Ask yourself if it makes sense to you, if it feels true to you. Turn this into an opportunity to understand your reality a little better. Maybe you had some "Aha!" moments. Maybe you had some moments that really challenged you. Use those moments to become clearer in your understanding of your own life.

     I am God. You are God. We are all connected. I invite you to choose (more often) to create from Love and Trust instead of Fear and Worry. Begin choosing this for yourself, right now. If you feel like you already are choosing this, I invite you to choose it more often. Make the decision to be that better world you are looking for. I invite you to move from the idea of "seeing is believing" to "believing is seeing". Be a conscious creator. Trust The Youniverse! Know That You Are Loved!
